Return Policy

Returns & Refunds
Because our printed books are produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please do not return a book without contacting us first.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once the files have been delivered.

If you experience a problem accessing your files, receive an incorrect file, or believe there is an error with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
