Journal Prompts for Reflection

Deepening your relationship with ethics, energy, and intention

Journaling allows you to process, integrate, and personalize everything you’ve explored this month. These prompts are designed to help you clarify your values, notice how energy flows through your life, and develop a sense of spiritual accountability—without judgment or pressure.

You don’t need to answer them all at once. Choose one per day, or revisit them at the end of the month to track your growth.

Reflection Prompts

1. What does “harm none” mean to me in real life?

  • Is it possible to cause discomfort without causing harm?
  • Have I ever caused unintentional harm, even with good intent?
  • How do I define the difference between harm, discomfort, and growth?

2. How have my past actions created ripple effects?

  • Think of a time you said or did something with strong energy—what came back to you?
  • Was the return clear, symbolic, or surprising?
  • What did you learn about your power from that experience?

3. What values do I want to hold sacred in my practice?

  • Make a list of 5–7 core values that feel non-negotiable in your craft (e.g., truth, kindness, sovereignty, consent).
  • Reflect on how each one shows up in your spells, choices, and relationships.

4. When have I chosen comfort over integrity?

  • Was there a time I stayed quiet or avoided action to keep the peace?
  • What was I afraid would happen if I had acted from truth?
  • What would I do differently now?

5. What does it mean to be a “responsible witch”?

  • What am I responsible for—energetically, magically, emotionally?
  • What am I not responsible for?
  • How can I stay grounded in sovereignty without taking on too much?

Optional Shadow Prompt

What’s one ethical decision I’m still unsure about?

Write about it without trying to “solve” it. Let your wisdom surface through the process.

Journaling turns inner knowing into outer clarity.

Use these pages as a sacred mirror—reflecting who you are becoming as both a witch and a conscious creator.
